Leadership & Coordination
We manage projects across the board – covering all logistical aspects, in close collaboration with supply chain, production, ERP and property, and in coordination with sales, finance, controlling, HR and legal. Planning partners, service providers and suppliers are selected via defined tenders where required and integrated into the project. We provide specialist support for contract drafting.
